BOOMER'S ARRIVAL

Boomer arrived a couple of days after we did. He flew from Chicago to Amsterdam, spent the night in Amersterdam and then to Bangkok. He was delivered right to our doorstep. Boomer also flew alongside, Maggie, our friends' dog from Hutchinson. Our friends live across the street so Maggie and Boomer get to see each other every now and then. Both dogs are adjusting well. Boomer fell into the deep end of the pool on accident yesterday. I jumped in to give him a boost out, but he swam to the side on his own. Boxers are known not to be the best swimmers since they are front heavy, but I guess Boomer can swim. When we move into the house down the street from us in a couple weeks, there is a fence around the pool, so that will keep Boomer out and from drinking the pool water. Boomer thinks it's a big water dish.
